who we are
Chi Alpha Campus Ministry at Montana State University is a body of college students earnestly seeking and following Jesus. Even though our name is Greek, we're not a fraternity or sorority. However, if you're looking for brothers and sisters, you've come to the right place!
We get our name from 2 Corinthians 5:20, which states
"we are therefore Christ Ambassadors"
Since the New Testament was written in Greek, we identify with the Greek letters “XA” symbolizing and reminding us we are Christ Ambassadors.
what we do
At Chi Alpha, we often gather at the Chi Alpha house for various events. We come together to worship our amazing God, to learn from His Word, to be discipled, to encourage one another, to pray, and to have fun making friendships that will last a lifetime!
People gather at the house in groups both large and small for meals, studying, small groups, game nights, and much more. All the activities we do to help us create a healthy, welcoming community that everyone is encouraged to join. We all love meeting new people and sharing life together.
Please feel free to come and visit us and see for yourself of who we really are. Our front door of XA is always open from 7:30 am - 10:30 pm, so drop in whenever!
We do have residence that live in the house throughout the year and someone is almost always home. So if you want to meet new people, have a space to study, play the piano, or simply relax, we would love to have you join in!
